Colleen Bradley-MacArthur lives in the Lakeview neighborhood of Waltham with her husband Tim and her son Bennett and their puppy Bruno. She is the daughter of small business owners who taught her the importance of hard work and community engagement.

In her first term as Councillor At-Large she has worked on initiatives related to increasing public transportation and advocating for more MBTA bus service throughout the city. She has also advocated for green building standards and citywide composting initiatives, to name a few.

In the spirit of community engagement, she has hosted and co-hosted several town halls to get public input on a community farm in Waltham and Moody Street pedestrianization.

Colleen has been deeply involved in the Waltham community for over a decade. She is a co-coordinator of Mothers Out Front Waltham, where she is working on local initiatives to combat climate change. Colleen’s community service work includes volunteering at her son’s school, at Waltham First Parish, with Waltham Mutual Aid, and with Waltham Community Access TV. Colleen is a proud alumna of Emerson College.
